Question 1

How much setup does Pactloom require?

Accepted Answer

Start by uploading contracts and setting up a playbook. Pactloom handles the first-pass classification and redlining, while your team reviews the results and tunes the workflow around how you work.

Question 2

How is our contract data protected?

Accepted Answer

Pactloom uses authenticated, role-aware workspaces so access follows the people and permissions you configure. Contract work stays within those workspace flows; the product does not make security claims beyond those controls.

Question 3

How accurate is the AI, and is there human review?

Accepted Answer

Agents classify clauses and suggest redlines with clause-level provenance, so reviewers can see where a recommendation comes from. Pactloom is designed to keep a human in the review loop for decisions that need legal or commercial judgment.

Question 4

How many contracts can Pactloom actively track?

Accepted Answer

The launch tiers cover 15 or 50 actively tracked contracts. The 15-contract tier covers the core workflow; the 50-contract tier is for teams managing a broader portfolio and playbook.

Question 5

Why monitor obligations continuously instead of reviewing at renewal?

Accepted Answer

A renewal date is often too late to discover drift. Continuous monitoring helps surface SLA, renewal, covenant, and reporting changes earlier, while there is still time to coordinate a response.
